CAL into Mainstream Teaching: Preparing for FaTMAN - Bringing computer-assisted learning into mainstream teaching

Selected members of academic staff receive training and access to some of the equipment needed to integrate learning technologies into their teaching. If schools and departments are to move forward in their use of learning technologies, they will need to rely for the most part on their own staff rather than external resources. A self-help group, the Web Teaching Forum, has been formed to help staff learn (often from each other) how to effectively use these new tools and techniques.
