There is a significant overlap in the course content of the three business studies departments of the Universities of Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt and Napier, particularly in the early parts of degree schemes. A joint multimedia library now facilitates the collaboration of these departments to provide more effective and efficient teaching and learning, and also gives the opportunity to reach a wider student audience. The facility is sited and managed from the University of Edinburgh.
