Medical MAN links microcomputer clusters in four teaching hospitals within the city of Glasgow with microcomputer clusters within the University of Glasgow, enabling medical students to access and use the network from any of these sites. A Clinical Medicine Planning Unit server was installed, connecting the Faculty of Medicine with the University network and so to Medical MAN, ClydeNET and the Internet. A study guide was developed for the new medical curriculum for session 1996/97.
